Thank you for visiting my NEW BEGINNINGS PT site. If you are here, you probably know my name is Rachel Mullin and I am a certified personal trainer..... I am also someone who is fortunate enough to "love what I
do!" I love helping people reach their goal whether it be increased fitness level, weight loss or just overall improved health. I am committed to each and every client as we take this journey together.
After Years of working long hours in a gym, I decided to go out on my own andin March 2007, I opened a studio in my home in Haworth, NJ. I design custom programs for each client based on individual goals. I incorporate resistence, functional and Interval training, TRX susension training and circuit training, as well as nutritional guidance so that you can reach your specific goals. I also give each client a FREE consultation and fitness evaluation upon starting. From there we will figure out a comprehensive plan to fit your needs. I am always available to my clients by phone, email or text so together we can succeed at reaching your goals. I look forward to hearing from you.

I will never tell you to go on a "diet", but I will work with you to modify your eating so that it becomes a lifestyle change. I will include simple, healthy recipes and solutions for those of you who are always on the run and will outline strategies to help you get fit and healthier, overall.
