My name is Rachel Mullin and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor. I have been in the fitness industry for over a decade and am very passionate about what I do. I have helped 100's of clients over the years achieve their individual fitness and weight loss goals . What sets me apart is that I am also a certified nutrition and wellness coach so I am able to help people with a balanced approach incorparating diet, as well as exercise into an individualized program to get maximum results. In addition, I am also certified in Functional Movement Systems (2018) and TRX suspension Training (2010).
After working in a gym for a few years, I decided to go out on my own in 2008. I started my own PT/Group Fitness business, New Beginnings PT, with a primary focus on improving strength, increasing stamina, and developing healthy living styles through exercise, nutrition and behavioral change.
In addition to my passion for fitness, I realized in order for my clients to truly succeed, proper nutrition was necessary. So in 2012, I graduated from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), where I received my Nutrition and Health Coaching Certification. I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. Whether it be weight loss, increased strength and stamina or just becoming more comfortable in your body and mind, I am committed to helping you get there.
